this club is an invitation to slow dopamine. to receive and open letters. to collect art that builds on itself, puzzle pieces working alone and together, month after month, until something larger is revealed

when will my letter be sent

your mail will be sent by the 3rd of each month

where do i deliever to

how long does shipping take

USA: Your order should arrive within 2-5 working days

International: Your order should arrive within 7-21 working days

which payment methods can i use

you can easily pay with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay or Apple Pay

how can I pause or cancel my subscription?

you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal! Simply log in with the email address you provided when placing your order.

how can I skip a payment?

you can skip or postpone payment in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery, there is a "Skip Payment" button that allows you to skip the payment.

what happens if the payment cannot be processed?

if your subscription cannot be renewed because a payment could not be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method. If you take no action, we will attempt to charge you two more times before your subscription is automatically terminated.

how does the subscription work

  • the first payment will be taken immediately after the purchase.
  • the next monthly payments will be debited on the same day the following month (if multi - month, 3, 6, or 12 months after on the same day)
  • gift subscriptions do not automatically renew, they are only debited once and canceled after
  • you can cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal.
