you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal! Simply log in with the email address you provided when placing your order.

how can I skip a payment?

you can skip or postpone payment in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery, there is a "Skip Payment" button that allows you to skip the payment.

what happens if the payment cannot be processed?

if your subscription cannot be renewed because a payment could not be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method. If you take no action, we will attempt to charge you two more times before your subscription is automatically terminated.

• the first payment will be taken immediately after the purchase.
• the next monthly payments will be debited on the same day the following month (if multi - month, 3, 6, or 12 months after on the same day)
• gift subscriptions do not automatically renew, they are only debited once and canceled after
